NOTE: We are NOT responsible for paying Customs Charges & extra fees after the initial parcel has been sent abroad. This is the responsibility of the buyer as different countries will have different laws and legislations in which they will have to abide by.
Orders can take up to 72 hours to be processed from the time of your purchase. We aim to dispatch your item 1-2 days after your order has been placed. This time allows for card security checks and gives you time to cancel up to then. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail.
There can be special circumstances where it may take a little longer to dispatch your order. Things like the royalmail strikes and other mitigating circumstances could mean slight delays in the dispatch of your order but we acn assure you that once dispatched you will get a tracking number and your order will be with you soon!
All standard UK orders (including Northern Island, The Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles) should be received 1-2 days after dispatch.
All international orders within Europe are expected to be delivered in 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday). For the rest of the world it is expected to be 6-7 business days. There are rough estimates supplied by Royal Mail things can change so these timeframes are NOT a guarantee!
To ensure customer satisfaction we allow a 14 day return period. If you do send your item back to us we will go through the process below... (PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH BEFORE SENDING YOUR ITEMS BACK SO WE CAN GUIDE YOU ON OUR TERMS. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONSULTATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!) The customer is also responsible for paying return postage in the event of “changing their mind”. Funds used for shipping are non refundable once the service has been carried out. Refunds will only be given for the cost of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
OUR PERFUMES ARE CONSUMABLES SO ONCE OPENED THEY CANNOT BE SEND BACK DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted normally this could be a few working days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or have clear faults . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heavenly.ouds@outlook.com we will then provide a return address to you and help get your issue resolved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
